Referral Process

1. Step 1 - Referral
   

   Please send referrals and any supporting documents.

   We will process the referral within 5 working days.

2. Step 2 - Book Appointment
   

   Once the referral is received and reviewed, we will match the referral with one of our psychiatrists.

3. Step 3 - First Appointment
   

   The patient consults with the psychiatrist via Video at their home or at your clinic.

4. Step 4 - Outcome and Clinic letter
   

   Psychiatrist will provide you the outcome of the appointment and clinic letter within 1-2 weeks.

Wait Times

Generally for most psychiatric conditions wait times are between 1-4 weeks.
