Booking Process

1. Step 1 - Referral
   

   You’ll need a referral from your GP.

   Referrals can be made to us, can be open to 'any psychiatrist' or can be for another named psychiatrist if you already have one. Referrers, please see here for further information.

   Send referrals to [email protected] or fill out this form

2. Step 2 - Book Appointment
   

   Once the referral is received and reviewed, we will match you with the most appropriate psychiatrist based on referral and availability.

   We will contact you to book an appointment.

3. Step 3 - First Appointment
   

   See your psychiatrist via Video consultation

Appointment costs

The appointment cost would depend on the particular psychiatrist and you will be informed of exact costs before your appointment is booked.

General guidance:

• Initial appointment $600 – $800 with out-of-pocket costs between $350 – $550.
• Long review appointments $400 – $600, with out-of-pocket costs between $250 – $350.
• Short review appointments $250 – $350, with out-of-pocket costs between $125 – $225.
